• John P. Stuart, 25, for contempt and held without bond.

• Jimmy D. Boles, 58, for contempt and held without bond.

• Luke M. Popwell, 28, for contempt and held without bond.

• Earl M. Harper, 42, for domestic violence II and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Margaret E. Smith, 29, for three counts of cruelty to animals and failure to appear and held without bond.

• Nathan J. Carter, 58, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• James B. Bonds, 20, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Dawn M. Suggs, 19, for promoting prison contraband, possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Tammy Adams, 41, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Joseph Golden, 33, for being a fugitive from justice and held without bond.
