Registration for the City of Andalusia’s baseball and softball leagues will be Feb. 1-15 at Johnson Park.
Those who are interested can register and pay online at www.cityofandalusia.com also.
For boys ages 5-12, the age cut off is April 30 for the Cal Ripken league. Registration cost is $35.
For boys ages 13-15, the age cut off is also April 30 for the Babe Ruth league. Registration cost is $45.
In softball, for girls ages 5-18, the age cut off is Dec. 31, 2013, and registration cost is $35.
Discounts are available for multiple players in the same household.
Tryouts for the Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth softball leagues will be held Feb. 17-18. Baseball is at 6 p.m., while softball will be held at 5:30 p.m. Boys and girls ages 5-6 do no have to tryout.
Scholarships are available and based on financial need. There is a $20 processing fee, and those who are interested need to apply in person at Johnson Park no later than Feb. 15.
Registration times each day from Feb. 1-15 at Johnson Park is from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
Forms turned in after the designated registration period will have a $10 late fee applied.
