Sav-A-Life of Covington County invites the public to a Sanctity of Human Life candle- lighting/prayer vigil today, Wed., Jan. 22, between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Covington County Courthouse.

Individuals, families or church groups are invited to come by on the way to or from church and light a candle in memory of the more than 54 million babies aborted in the U.S. the past 41 years since Jan. 22, 1973. Spend a few moments in prayer for the unborn, those experiencing the pain of a past abortion and for our country to one day value every human life again.

Speakers are available for Sanctity of Human Life services and free bulletin inserts for churches. There are two Family Hope Centers in Covington County – Andalusia and Florala. For more information, call 334-222-0644.
