Opp’s 2014 Butch Youmans Memorial Tournament gets underway on Monday at Merchant’s Field.

A field of 10 teams will play games over a two-day period. Each team will be guaranteed three games each.

The teams that are competing in the tournament are Opp, Andalusia, Straughn, Brantley, Excel, Kinston, W.S. Neal, T.R. Miller, Elba and Brewbaker Tech.

All games on Monday will be played at Merchant’s Field. Action will be split up between two fields on Tuesday — at Merchant’s and Senn Field (Babe Ruth) next to the tennis courts at the sports complex in Opp.

Tournament schedule is as follows:

Mon., March 24

• Brantley vs. Excel, 9 a.m.

• Kinston vs. W.S. Neal, 11:30 a.m.

• Andalusia vs. Brewbaker Tech, 2 p.m.

• Straughn vs. T.R. Miller, 4:30 p.m.

• Opp vs. Elba, 7 p.m.
