• Jennifer S. Quinley, 41, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $9,000 bond.

• Sonya R. Dulaney, 32, for possession of marijuana II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Charlie Stone, 50, for disorderly conduct and public intoxication and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Inporsche T. Green, 35, for theft of property and providing officers with false information and held on a $140,000 bond.

• Zackary Wilson, 30, for failure to appear in court and writ of arrest and held without bond.

• Richard Westerfield, 40, negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Gregory Dobbs, 41, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II and held on a $20,500 bond.
