Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Mon., April 7, 2014:

• Elizabeth Shine, 38, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $6,000 bond.

• Lisa Medina Morgan, 40, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Leona Marie Fillman, 29, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Robert Otis Phillips, 53, for domestic violence III and criminal trespassing I and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Henry Wilson Simon, 33, for order of arrest and held without bond.

• Chrisan H. Sage, 37, for harassing communications and held on a $500 bond.

• Cecil H. Edwards, 53, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.
