• Bobby E. Norris, 67, for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Michael Arela, 45, for failure to appear in court and held on a $731 cash bond.

• Dana Elliott, 54, for driving under the influence and held on $1,000 bond.

• Cecil R. Willis, 44, for failure to appear in court and held without bond.

• William Freeman, 53, for child support and held without bond.

• Mary Boothe, 38, for violation of probation and held on a $3,000 bond; and held without bond for another agency.
