Bamboo Shoot Strips Thai Spicy Salad


1 cup Bamboo shoot strip

2 tsp. fish sauce

2 tsp. lime juice or lemon juice

2 tsp. coriander

2 tsp. sliced onion

2 tsp. chopped green onion

2 tsp. chopped cilantro

2 tsp. chopped Mint leaves

2 tsp. minced roasted white and black sesame

1 tsp. ground chili


Cooking Method


Peel bamboo shoot, boil and scrape to strips

Add cooked bamboo shoot strips in bowl, seasoning with all ingredients above and mix well

Dip up in cup, sprinkle with, sliced green onion, mint leaves and chopped cilantro

and serve with fresh vegetables.
