• Curtis Matthews, 23, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Phuquan C. James, 21, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Haley Kristine Palmer, 19, for domestic violence and harassment and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Donna Jean Veasey, 40, for bondsman off bond and held on a $300,000 bond.

• Josh J. Carroll, 29, for failure to register as a sex offender and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Brandon Lee Crowell, 25, for attempting to elude police and held on a $3,000 bond.
