“Join us for an informative seminar for risk management in HR,” said Chrissie Duffy, Chamber executive vice president. “Avoid potential lawsuits from employees regarding discrimination, harassment and retaliation, fines and penalties from regulators associated with Obamacare compliance, pay practices that may be now deemed illegal, and social media practices that may be considered too restrictive on employees’ rights.”

Duffy said Dan Sinas from PR Employer will be the seminar leader.
