Police Departments, Mon., June 23, 2014:

• Shaina A. Lane, 25, for obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $500 bond.

• Jessica Stokes, 23, for harassing communications and held on a $500 bond.

• Velma Dawkins 27, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• James E. Baldwin, 29, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Carmen Lowery, 44, for possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear in court and held on a $23,500 bond.

• Walt Wilson Solomon, 37, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Willie Lee Glover, 52, for alias warrant and failure to appear in court and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Robert Leland Marks, 33, being held without bond for another agency.
