Frances Merle Griffin, 86, of Andalusia, died Sun., July 27, 2014, at her residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Griffin is survived by her daughter, Juniorette Smith of Andalusia; sister, Joyce (Mickey) Sharp of Andalusia; brothers, James (Pat) Massey of Prattville and Ray Massey of Milton, Fla.; grandchildren, Griffin (Holly) Smith of Auburn, Mathew (Shelli) Smith of Andalusia and Kellye (Kevin) Rodgers of Andalusia; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter H. Griffin; mother, Myrtle Kilpatrick; father, Lee Bryan; brother, Waylon Bryan; sister, Voncile Sasser; and son-in-law, Roger Smith.

Allie Bee Armstrong, 81, of Andalusia, died Fri., July 25, 2014, in Andalusia Regional Hospital. A graveside service was held Sun., July 27, in Fairmount Cemetery with the Rev. John Eiland officiating.

Armstrong is survived by daughter, Peggy (Terry) Harrelson of River Falls and son-in-law, Wayne Mitchell of Red Level; grandchildren, Melissa (Anthony) Tomlin, Rix Curtis, Nancy (Frankie) Dubose, Jessica (Robert) McCloskey, Nathan Mitchell, Selena (Matthew) Hammett, Tari (Shon) McClung and Kelly (Mike) Sasser; great-grandchildren, Misty and Amber Burk, Brett Tomlin, Colby Curtis, J.D. Richburg, Katlin and Abby Hall, Mia, Lili and Kenzie McCloskey, Emily, Bailey and Joseph Hammett, Sarah and Emma McClung, Brianna Bozeman and Remington, Dalton and Landon Sasser.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Armstrong, and daughter, Linda Mitchell.
