The City of Opp will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Mon., Aug. 11, at 10 a.m., at the intersection of Hwy. 84 and Hwy. 331.

The groundbreaking is for an industrial access road the city has been working to get for many years.

Opp Mayor John Bartholomew said earlier this week that this measure is the “beginning of some great, great news.”
