MILDRED ROBBINS BOLAND

Mildred Robbins Boland, age 89, of Dozier, departed this life Sun., Aug. 17, 2014, at her son’s home in Elba.

Funeral services will be held from Macedonia Methodist Church on Fri., Aug. 22 at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Doug Golden officiating. Committal services will follow in the Macedonia Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at Macedonia Methodist Church on Friday from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m.

The Boland family is accepting flowers or contributions may be made to Macedonia Methodist Church, 37097 Straughn School Road, Dozier, AL 36028.

Survivors include: a daughter, Lynette Hart (Frank) of Pearland, Texas; sons, Ben F. Boland (Suzanne) and Max Boland, both of Elba; brother, Donald Robbins of Kinston; a sister, Willette Walker of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Mrs. Boland was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie B. and Lena Donaldson Robbins; and a daughter, Robin Joyce Eichelberger.
