Coterie 5k and Meredith’s Mile Results

Whitney Warren and Hunter Bedell were the fastest girl and boy participants in the Meredith’s Mile portion of the 14th Annual Coterie 5k “Run for the Kids” this past Saturday.

Warren finished with a time of 9 minutes, 40 seconds, and Bedell posted a time of 7 minutes, 34 seconds.

In addition to the kids race there was also a 5k for the adults who chose to participate.

The overall male winner was Joel Bass, who is 15 years old. Bass clocked in at 24 minutes, 59 seconds. The overall female winner was Beth Johnson. Johnson posted a time of 25 minutes, 21 seconds.

Second place in the male division was Colten Meeks, with a time of 25 minutes, 52 seconds. Third place was Monty Russell with a time of 28 minutes, 50 seconds. Second place in the female division was Ramona Thomas, with a time of 27 minutes, 45 seconds. Third place was Jan Riley, with a time of 32 minutes 59 seconds.
