• Kanisha Johnson, 19, sentenced

• Darshana Phillips, 33, holding for another agency.

 

Clarification

The Arthur A. Knowles, 53, who was arrested on Tues., Jan. 27 for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond is not Arthur A. Knowles Sr.
