• Aylo Vogt, 28, for domestic violence third, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Rani Say, 24, for failure to appear.

• Sonya Dulany, 39, for failure to appear.

• Joshua Cain Fowler, 35, for two counts of failure to appear, grand jury indictment, burglary third and theft of property first and held without bond.
