Opp Police this week made a fourth arrest for rape of a child under 16.

OPD Chief Mike McDonald said that a 20-year-old female was reportedly having sexual contact with a minor child under the age of 16.

During the course of this investigation, OPD investigators arrested and charged Chelsea Alexandria Calhoun, 20, of Opp with rape in the second degree.

She was booked into the Covington County Jail on a $200,000 bond.

Rape in the second degree is a Class B felony.

The case is still under investigation by OPD and Covington County DHR.

Mandi Brianna Harrison, 25, of Opp, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with rape second degree and sodomy second degree.

Kristina L. Burroughs, 30, of Opp, was arrested Jan. 26 and charged with rape second degree and sodomy second degree.

Tiffany Ann Blair, 35, of Opp, was arrested Jan. 24 and charged with four counts of chemical endangerment of a child, rape second degree and sodomy second degree.
