SHIRLEY ELAINE WOOD PEEK

Mrs. Shirley Elaine Wood Peek, 70, a resident of Dozier, died on Sun., May 17, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow, Thurs., May 21, 2015, from Turner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dwight Underwood officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mrs. Peek is preceded in death by her parents, Kip and Mary Alice Wood. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald F. Peek; two sons, Donald Wayne Peek and William H. (Tammy) Peek; two grandchildren, Brittany and Emily Peek; two sisters, Evelyn “Patsy Ann” (Jerry) Chandler and Barbara Ann (Joe) King; and one brother, Jerald D. (Sandy) Wood.

Active pallbearers will be Jerald Wood, Jr., Byron Williams, Johnny Williamson, Michael King, Michael Carbonella and Bobby Carbonella.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6-8.

RUSSELL EUGENE PEPPERS

Mr. Russell Eugene Peppers, 38, of Andalusia, passed away on Thurs., May 14, 2015, in the Mobile Infirmary.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow, Thurs., May 21, 2015, in the Keahey Funeral Home Chapel.

The Rev. Robert Canant will be officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8 tonight, Wed., May 20, 2015, in the Keahey Funeral Home chapel.

Survivors include a wife, Centina Peppers of Andalusia; father and step-mother, Gene (Sally) Peppers of Athens, Ga.; sons, Justin Peppers of Opp and Austin Peppers of Andalusia; daughter, Destiny Peppers of Andalusia; sisters, Robin (Charlie) Hudson of Elba and Rebecca Peppers of Andalusia; four nieces; and four nephews.

Mr. Peppers was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Peppers; and his niece, Santana Walker.

PAUL ROBERT BROWN

Mr. Paul Robert Brown, 50, of Andalusia, passed away on Sat., May 16, 2015, in the Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services were held on Mon., May 18, 2015, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Ray Bozeman officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Gilead Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Tina Stanley Brown of Andalusia; his mother, Margaret Brown of Andalusia; his father, Carroll Robert Brown of Asheville, NC; many aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and three nephews; and his father, Carroll Robert Brown of Asheville, N.C.

Pallbearers will be Ethan Dorsey, John Snyder, David Stanley, David Wilson and Wesley Sheffield.

HOPIE CHANCE RHODES

Mrs. Hopie Chance Rhodes, 92, of Andalusia, passed away on Sat., May 16, 2015, at her residence.

Graveside services were held on Tues., May 19, 2015, at Pineview Cemetery in Escambia County with the Revs. Bill Butler and Andy Allen officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Donold W. and Ann Chance of Brewton, James P. and Linda Chance of Opelika and Patrick E. and Patricia Chance of Brewton; a daughter and son-in-law, Rita F. and Andy Allen of Andalusia; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Elbert E. Chance and Renford Rhodes; a son, Rayford E. Chance; two brothers; and three sisters.

OPAL PRESLEY FOLMAR

Mrs. Opal Presley Folmar, 85, of McKenzie, passed on Sun., May 17, 2015, at her residence.

Funeral services were held on today, Tues., May 19, 2015, in the Keahey Funeral Home chapel.

The Rev. Eugene Meadows officiated. Interment followed in the New Home Cemetery.

Survivors include a husband, William Marvin Folmar of Mckenzie; son, William O. (LaVon T.) Folmar of Red Level; grandchildren, William Garrett (Miranda) Folmar of Brundidge and LaTasha Lynn Folmar of Red Level; great-grandchildren, Keegan Folmar and Boone Folmar; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include Garrett Folmar, Byron Presley, Tim Dillard, Boyde Folmar, James Mitchell and Keith E. Connally.

JERRY DENVER MUSGROVE

Mr. Jerry Denver Musgrove, 63, of Andalusia, passed away on Sun., May 17, 2015, at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Wed., May 20, 2015, in the Blue Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. Joey Williams will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Blue Springs Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Keahey Funeral Home will be directing.

Survivors include step children, Jessica Burt, Joy Harrison and Kate Godwin; brothers, Donnie (Diane) Musgrove of Hornhill, Doyle Musgrove of Onycha, David (Susan) Musgrove of Kinston, Dennis (Caroline) Musgrove of Kinston and Walter (Susan) Musgrove of Andalusia; sister, Merle Seales of Andalusia; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Musgrove was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Musgrove.
