SHIRLEY J. SAMMECK

Mrs. Shirley J. Sammeck, 80, of Opp, passed away on Tues., June 9, 2015, at her residence.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. tomorrow, Fri., June 12, 2015, in the Keahey Funeral Home chapel. A private memorial service will be held by the family.

Survivors include a son, David (Sammi) Fredenburg of Washington; daughter, Angie Sammeck of Opp; sister, Mary Chapman of Orlando, Fla.; grandchildren, Joey Fredenburg and Tony Fredenburg; numerous adopted sons, daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one grandpup, Amigo.

Mrs. Sammeck was preceded in death by her husband, Joe G. Sammeck; sons, Chris Fredenburg and Joe H. Sammeck; and her daughter, “Honey girl” Sammeck.

PATRICIA M. SCHNEIDER

Mrs. Patricia M. Schneider, 82, of Andalusia, passed away on Thurs., May 28, 2015, in Wenatchee, Wash.

She was born on Nov. 9, 1932, in Hemitite, Mo. and was married to the late Joseph R. Schneider for 61 years. Both were devoted members of Christ the King Catholic Church in Andalusia.

She is survived by her sons, Joseph R. (Amy) Schneider Jr. and Anthony Schneider, both of Andalusia; her daughters, Lucinda Schneider of Andalusia and Mary Ann (Mike) Schneider of St. Cloud, Fla.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sat., June 13, 2015, at Christ the King Catholic Church. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. tomorrow, Fri., June 12, at Foreman Funeral Home.
