Preparations are under way for this year’s Christmas in Candyland event, and Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Chrissie Duffy is looking for some additional businesses to construct new cottages.

“We have big plans for this year’s event and we want to include some new houses,” she said. “That means we need help from other businesses.”

The event will kick off Dec.3 and will run each weekend through the end of the month.

Times will be announced at a later date.
