• Amanda Williams, 27, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Jessie J. Barbarrow, 63, for harassment and held on a $500 bond.

• Eugene J. Tillery, 26, for three counts of theft of property and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Tasha Spivey, 30, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• David A. Calloway, 67, for public intoxication and held on a $300 bond.
