• Quenton G. Staley, 57, for failure to pay child support and held without bond;

• Candice M. Willhite, 20, failure to appear and held without bond;

• Richard Slade Smith, 24, for failure to appear and held without bond;

• Heath Skipper, 31, for failure to appear and held on a $753 cash bond.
