• Sharon Phillips, 52, for harassing communication and held on a $500 bond.

• Doyle Phillips, 48, for harassing communication and held on a $500 bond.

• William Phillips, 27, for harassing communication and held on a $500 bond.

• William Blackburn, 23, for harassing communications and held on a $500 bond.

• Virginia Colvin, 34, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.
