Martha Dixon was all smiles as she greeting the more than 200 people who called at a Springdale reception recognizing her on her 100th birthday. She was recognized with proclamations from the governor, state legislature, and the City of Andalusia, and enjoyed a rousing “Happy Birthday” from a chorus of well-wishers.
