Powell, Duebelt to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Powell of Colquitt, Ga., are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Danielle Spence Powell to Steve Carl Duebelt, II. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve C. Duebelt of Dothan.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Spence, Mr. and Mrs. James Powell of Colquitt, Ga., and Mrs. Nita Edmonds of Iron City, Ga.. She is a 2010 honor graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy. She also graduated with honors from Andrew College with an associate’s degree in English language and literature. She is currently attending Albany State University pursuing a degree in early childhood education.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Duebelt, the late Mr. and Mrs. Bill Crowell, all of Andalusia, and the late Ursula Pitz of Cochise, Ariz. He is a 2010 honor graduate of Rehobeth High School and recently graduated from Troy University with a bachelor’s degree in applied computer science with a minor in chemistry. He is employed with Micro Support Services of Dothan, as a software developer and analyst.
The wedding will take place on Sat., Oct. 10, 2015, at 3 p.m., at The Depot off Main in Dothan. A reception will follow the ceremony. All friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend.
