• Dustin E. Segers, 31, for failure to appear, possession of marijuana first and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Saran Ann Butler, 35, for failure to appear.

• Randall Carlisle, 53, for domestic violence third and held on a $500 bond.

• Karen Jane Foss, 46, for manufacturing first, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $310,000 bond.

• Fred David Foss, 46, for manufacturing first, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $310,000 bond.

• Rachel E. Frank, 29, for failure to appear.

• Troy Joseph Rebholz, 40, for possession of a controlled substance, two counts of endangerment of a child, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $520,500 bond.

• James H. Marshall, 44, for tampering with physical evidence and held on a $10,000 bond.
