• Alicia Ray Chase, 37, for two counts of theft of property first and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Cherina D. Grimes, 27, for possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $250,000 bond.

• Eric L. Newton, 25, for manufacturing second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $250,000 bond.

• Charles L. Floyd, 44, for manufacturing second and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $250,000 bond.
