A Straughn student has been missing for three days and his parents are asking for the public’s help to find him.

Andrew M. Vidich, who is approximately 5-feet-7 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds, was last seen on Oct. 13 in Andalusia.

He was wearing a T-shirt, jeans ripped at the left front pocket and camouflage boots.

He was driving a blue 1992 Ford F-150 with tag No. 0387AN7.

Mom, Annie Walker Long, and step-father, Christopher Long, took to social media asking friends and family to be on the look out for their son.

“As a mother, we constantly worry about our children,” she said. “There is no feeling worse than not being able to find your child. I’m living this nightmare right now. At this point no one has seen or heard from Andrew. We’re looking everywhere that we can think of, talked to everyone that we can think of and we have nothing.

“Words cannot express how lost I feel,” she said. “Prayer is all I have left and I pray that wherever Andrew is God has hands wrapped around keeping him safe.”

Long had a message for Andrew, “Just tell him that we’re all missing him and we love him and just come home.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or Annie Long at 208-6708; Chris Long at 208-6745; Matthew Vidich at 488-5071 or Christy Vidich at 343-2462.
