Hazel Adams

Mrs. Hazel Adams, age 89, of Andalusia passed away Wed., Oct. 14, 2015, at her residence.

Funeral services for Mrs. Adams will be held on Fri., Oct. 16, 2015, at 2 p.m. from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ed Ganus and the Rev. Greg Cotter officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Cemetery.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Donald Hicks of Andalusia; sons and daughters-in-law, Dane and Charlotte Adams of Andalusia, Andy and Bronwyn Adams of Andalusia, and Cortez and Janice Adams of Bowling Green, Ky.; daughter-in-law, Gloria Adams; and 17 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Arlander and Maudie Brooks; husband, Hollis Adams; sons, Larry Adams and Tim Adams; granddaughter, Daisy Adams; sisters, Myrtle Boyette and Thelma Davis; and brother, Donnie Brooks.

Pallbearers will include Neil Hicks, Scott Hicks, Chris Adams, Lee Adams, Chan Adams, and Tindell Adams. Honorary pallbearers will include Justin Vinson, Roan Adams, Lagon Adams, Andrew Adams, and Steven Adams.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5:30-8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Comfort Care Hospice.
