City of Andalusia employees Ricky Wiggins, Scott Rickett and Ray Ferguson are busy this week building a base for the ice skating rink that will be erected during Christmas. The rink – which will use real ice skates, but faux ice – will be on the grounds of Springdale, as will some of the cottages that comprise “Candyland.”
