Tickets are on sale for the Opp Chamber of Commerce’s second annual “Thanks-Burger” hamburger drive thru.

“Each plate will include a grilled-to-perfection hamburger, a tasty bag of chips, a delicious dessert, and a refreshing beverage,” said Emilee Gage of the Opp Chamber of Commerce.

Tickets will be pre-sold and will be available at the chamber, Southern Independent Bank, CCB Community Bank, S&P Communications, Southern Style, Merle Norman, Body Conscious and Jason Cain.

Gage said residents are encouraged to purchase plates in advance, though there will be some extras available the day of the event.

Additionally, those who purchase tickets in advance will be entered to win $25 in Opportunity Bucks.

There will be two sets given away.

“Please have your ticket with you at the ‘Thanks-Burger’ hamburger drive thru on Nov. 20, in order to receive your hamburger plate and for the eligibility to be a winner,” she said. “We cannot replace lost tickets.”

The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m., at the Opp Adult Activity Center on Brantley Street.
