• Marquita MNeil, 29, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Julius Spivey, 35, for domestic violence third and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Roman M. Lindsey, 33, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication and held on a $13,500 bond.

• Andrew Marvin, 29, for obstruction of government operations and held on a $500 bond.
