Mary E. Miles
Mrs. Mary E. Miles, 88, of Andalusia, passed away Mon., Nov. 23, 2015, in the Opp Nursing Home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today, Wed., Nov. 25, at Bethany Cemetery with Brother Ray Miles and Brother Ronnie Tyree officiating the service. Visitation was Tuesday at Foreman Funeral Home.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Barbara Miles; her daughter, Gwendolyn Raley, all of Andalusia; her grandchildren, Robin (Al) McNeill, Dawn (Scotty) Kelley, Nesha (Mark) Jones, DuPree Miles, Lee Miles, and Candace (Mike) Cassady; four great-grandchildren, Darshana Maddox, Justin Maddox, Brannon Jones, Nolan Jones, and Cape Cassady; and one great-great-granddaughter, Raley Beth Maddox; her sister, Estelle Scroggins; one brother, Skip Easley; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Carrie Gilmore, Louise Wigle, Jolene Worley, and her brother James Arthur Easley.

Charles J. Woods
Mr. Charles J. Woods was born on Dec. 8, 1958, to the late Charlie Lee Woods, Sr. and Carrie Benjamin Woods. He departed this life on Sat., Nov. 21, 2015.
He united in holy matrimony with Rose Barbara Lewis on July 25, 1980, and was a faithful husband, devoted father and grandfather until his death.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife, Rose Lewis Woods; three children, Brandon (April) Woods, Sr. of Andalusia, Candice (Charles) Salis Jr. of Crestview, and Andy (Andriana) Woods, Ozone Park, N.Y.; and eight grandchildren, Kameran, Aniya, Rose-Lynn, Adrian, Charles III; Brandon, Jr., Abraham (deceased), and Amethyst; a loving mother, Carrie Benjamin Woods; three brothers, Calvin (Deatra) Woods Sr., Kennedy “BB” (Wanda) Woods, and Stanley Woods, Sr.; five sisters, Deborah Williams, Kathy (Aaron) Herbert, Sandra (Leondra) May, Cynthia Nelson, and Tammy Woods (deceased); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and other relatives.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Wed., Nov. 25, 2015, at First Marietta Cemetery with the Rev. Stanley Woods Sr. officiating.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Woods, Andy Woods, Charles Salis, Nicolas Woods, Stanley Woods, Jr. LaDarrius Woods, and Doug Wilkerson.

Thermon C. Douglas
Mr. Thermon C. Douglas, 67, of Red Level, passed away Sat., Nov. 21, 2015, at his residence.
Funeral services were held Tues., Nov. 24, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Terry Stewart officiating. Interment followed in South Church of God Cemetery. Visitation was Monday night at Foreman Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Douglas of Red Level; his daughters and sons-in-law, Ann and Mark Grantham, Donna and Michael Neal, Sherry and Wayne Melton, and Harley Douglas; his grandchildren, Russell Patterson, Brittany Patterson, Sarah Grantham, Heather Mills, Kelly Buckhalt, Johnathan Neal, Lamar Caine, Kristy Crowder, Brittany Williams, and Tori England; 10 great-grandchildren; and a brother, John Henry Douglas.
He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Douglas; a grandson, Michael Levi Neal; and eight brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers were Junior Huckabaa, Shane Mitchell, Robert Douglas, Mark Mills, Kurt Bennett, Tommy Springer, Pee Wee Hanes, Clayton Hendrix, Austin Huckabaa.

Adah E. Impson
Ms. Adah E. Impson, 48, of Opp passed away unexpectedly Sat., Nov. 21, 2015, at the Opp hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Wed., Nov. 25, 2015, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home until time of service. The Rev. Phillip Rayburn will officiate. Burial will follow in Five Runs Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her husband, John “Butch” O’Bannon of Opp; stepson, Ory O’Bannon of Robertsdale; stepdaughter, LeAnn Bounds of Milton, Fla.; two brothers, Kenneth Impson and Victor Impson of Andalusia; three sisters, Lynn Masias of Foley, Lavon Petty of Elberta, Ala., and Heather Impson of Andalusia.
