• Whisper M. Langford, 29, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.

• Chirdwick Graphenreed, 45, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Carol Denise Johnson, 42, for DUI and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Otha Earl Perkins, 37, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.
