• Chad Houston, 39, on three grand jury indictments and held on a $420,000 bond.

• Pedro Martinez, 43, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.

• Brittany Herbert, 27, for criminal mischief first, theft of property first and attempting to elude, and held without bond.

• David Eric Short, 38, for assault second, and child support, and held on a $43,000 bond.

• Skylard Bradberry, 34, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Wendy Marshall, 41, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Cary S. Backmon, 41, for theft of property second and burglary third and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Amy Ainsworth, 28, for criminal mischief third and domestic violence third and held without bond.

• Demetrius Casher, 29, for possession of marijuana second and possession od drug paraphernalia and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Ashley Hall, 33, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $500,000 bond.
