The Opp City Council on Monday night discussed purchasing about 20 more Christmas decorations to go down Cummings Avenue.

City Clerk Connie Smith said she thought they would cost between $600 and $700 each, but she would check and see.

“They are expensive,” she said.

City Councilman Bobby Ray Owens said that there were a large number of businesses going down that street.
