Opp and Onycha Fire Departments responded to a vehicle fully engulfed on Beulah Church Road earlier this week.

OFD Chief Cory Spurlin said his department and Onycha both responded because the incident was on the border of the fire districts.

“I arrived to find a Chevrolet S-10 fully involved,” he said. “Onycha Engine 1 arrived and stretched a on the fire and Opp Engine 10 arrived and assisted.”
