• Reginald Jacoby Bean, 25, distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container, obstruction of government operations, and held on a $795,000 bond.

• Hallie Brooke Barnes, 18, for harassment, and held on a $500 bond.

• Keela Michelle Barnes, 36, for harassment, and held on a $500 bond.

• Jessie C. Mathews, 25, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Hilary H. Mathews, 56, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Edward Ray McClelland, 48, for bond revocation.

• Bart Allen Prue, 50, for perjury and held on a $500 bond.
