A ServSafe Course will be offered at the Covington County Extension Office on Jan.27 and 28, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day ServSafe® is accredited by the National Restaurant Association and is the industry standard in food safety.

Bridgette Brannon, a Regional Extension Agent with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, will teach the course.

The course fee is $125 per person, which includes the book, examination, and testing materials. Online registration is available at www.aces.edu/fcs/fspp.
