The first night of auditions for the annual Meredith’s Miracles Cookies with Characters was held Monday night. Some 19 students in grades eight and up stopped by the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce to wow the judges for their chance at being some of today’s most popular characters.

Here, Amber Myers and Marissa McDermott try their skills at being Mario and Luigi. Auditions will be held again Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Chamber. Those interested in auditioning must be must be available all day the date of the show, Sat., Feb. 27.

 

The audition is open to males and females, and Meredith’s Miracles provides the costumes.
