• Jeffery Mixon Young II, 24, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Demetrius J. Casher, 29, on hold for another agency.

• Corey James Amos, 19, for theft of property first and held on a $150,000 bond.

• Kenneth R. Edgar, 57, for municipal commitment order, and held without bond.
