Weigh-ins for Scale Back Alabama (SBA), the free, statewide weight-loss program for Alabama’s adults, are this week.

To enroll in the competition, individuals should visit www.scalebackalabama.com, print a copy of their registration form and then visit a local weigh-in site next week (Jan. 25 – 31). Registration will be available on-site as well for those who may not have computer access.

Local weigh-in times have been set as follows:

• Andalusia Regional Hospital – Tues. and Wed., Jan. 26 and 27, 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• Mizell – Weigh-ins will be at the Mizell Wellness Center between 5:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 5:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Fridays.

• Darby’s Village Pharmacy – 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., weekdays.

• Darby’s Medical Center Pharmacy– 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
