LBW Community College in Andalusia was the setting for the annual Soup and Chili Cook-off, a fundraising event for the Alpha Beta Eta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. A panel of judges scored first-place awards for chili and soup, while all tasters voted for the People’s Choice Award.
