BECOMING SUPER CITIZENS
The students from Covington County Schools recently started the Super Citizen Program, an 8-10 week civic educational program that teaches young students how they can be super citizens each and every day.
They will learn about American’s history, how to honor veterans, immigration, and so much more. The kickoff was a pep rally experience that gets the students excited about starting the program. Some 625 students from Covington County Schools will participate in the program.
The county’s final event will be April 26.
