The former Andalusia Middle School and Red Level High School teacher who was arrested and is now facing sex charges has resigned from his teaching job at Enterprise High School.

Horace Ashley Graham resigned effective Feb. 16, according to The Southeast Sun.

Graham had been on administrative leave from EHS in connection with an investigation into allegations that led to his arrest on Feb. 5.

Graham is free on bond, which was set at $25,000 for each of the four counts of sex act or deviant sexual intercourse with a student by Coffee County District Judge Chris Kaminski on Feb. 9.

The charges are class B felonies and carry a penalty of two to 20 years in prison, if convicted.

Enterprise Police were notified on Jan. 21, that there had been sexual contact between a teacher and a student at EHS.

EPD Chief T.D. Jones said that evidence showed that Graham had engaged in four separate sexual acts with the same student between November and January.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the EPD at 334-347-2222.
