A new option for Asian cuisine will be available come next week.

Happy Kitchen located in the West Gate Plaza will open “Monday or Tuesday,” Xiang Keng Yang said.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week and will feature lunch specials Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

The lunch menu features items ranging from sesame chicken, General Tso’s chicken, chicken or beef with broccoli, Kung Pao chicken and shrimp, Mongolian chicken and beef, Hunan chicken and beef, Moo Goo Gai Pan, jalapeno chicken, sweet and sour, chicken or pork and more.

Thai cuisine is also available at lunch, including Thai basil chicken, beef, shrimp and more.

Lunch prices range from $5.25 to $6.25 and include fried rice and egg roll.

Also on the menu is Japanese cuisine, including hibachi, and teriyaki.

Vietnamese Pho is also a menu item.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m.; Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 10 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.
