Mendoza’s Mexican Restaurant is back in business at the West Gate Plaza in the town that owner Martin Martinez calls home. Martinez said they aren’t offering any specials at this time, but they will have some coming soon. Mendoza’s offers family seating up front and a full bar in the back of the restaurant. The hours of operations for Mendoza’s are 11 a.m.- 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday they are open from 11 a.m., until 11 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
