Plans are under way for the 12th annual Mizell Gala.

Veritas, a contemporary group, will be this year’s entertainment.

The event is slated for Thurs., Aug. 4, 2016.

Mizell Memorial Hospital marketing director Kristen Averitt said the event will be held at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Center.

Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at the Mizell Memorial Hospital switchboard, SIB, CCB and the Opp Chamber of Commerce.

Sponsorships are also available, Averitt said.

• Gold sponsor — $1,000, which includes four gala tickets, a gold leaf engraving and name on banner;

• Silver sponsor — $500, which includes two gala tickets, a copper leaf engraving and name on banner.

• Friends of the Foundation — $250, which includes two tickets and name in the program.
