Lorne Wayne Macer

Lorne Wayne Macer, age 15, of Andalusia, died Sat., May 14, 2016, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Fri., May 20, 2016, at Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Hunt and Bro. Carroll Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Stone Lake Gardens in Andalusia.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at Wyatt Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials can be made to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.

Lorne Wayne is survived by his father, Lorne Justin Macer; mother, Louisa Smith (Paul) Holloway; brothers, Big Tyler Holloway and Little Tyler Macer; sisters, Amberly Ann Holloway, Rebecca Lynn Macer, Maddison Macer and Molly London Macer; grandparents, Jerry (Linda) Umbarger, Lorne Frederick Macer and Brenda Macer.

Margaret Ann “Peggy” Wright

Mrs. Margaret Ann “Peggy” Wright, 84, of Dozier, passed away Mon., May 16, 2016, in the Ft. Walton Beach Medical Center.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thurs., May 19, at Rawls Baptist Church with Brother Wayne Sharpe and Brother Doyle Prescott officiating. Interment will follow in Rawls Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Mike Bush of Pensacola; her son, Tommy Wright of Andalusia; grandchildren, Sheridan Wright, Jamiyson Wright, Michael Bush, and Chase Bush; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Evan “Tank” and Ophelia Merrill of Andalusia and Willis and Radonna Merrill of Dothan.

Ruth Helen Hurst

Mrs. Ruth Helen Hurst, 88, of Fultondale, Ala., passed away Mon., May 16, in the Andalusia Manor.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Sat., May 21, at Oakwood Cemetery in Gardendale, Ala. Visitation will be held at Ridouts Gardendale Chapel at 10 a.m. Saturday.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Mark Gable of Andalusia; her son, Wayne Hurst of Cullman; three grandchildren, Christian Gable, Drew (Jessica) Gable, Melissa Chapman; three great-grandchildren, Shepherd Gable, Haley Chapman, Garrett Skovira; a brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Pat Atchley of Birmingham; and one sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Eddie Mizerany of Birmingham.

Mrs. Lisa Carol Ward, 53, of Andalusia, passed away Fri., May 13, 2016, at her residence.

Funeral services were at 3:30 p.m. Mon., May 16, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother John Eiland officiating. Interment followed in Smith Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Ward; two daughters and son-in-law, Melissa Jackson, Brittany and Nathan Frank; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jessica Ward, all of Andalusia; her grandchildren, Hunter Ward, Hailey Ward, Christian Jackson, Kyleigh Jackson, and Kaylee Frank; her father, Ward Jackson of Jackson, Ala., one brother, B. J. Jackson of Mississippi; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Kevin Hicks of Biloxi, Miss., and Sherry and David Overton of Grove Hill, Ala.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Jackson.
